93rd Infantry Division
THE 93D DIVISION (Provisional) was organized at Camp Stuart, Virginia, in December 1917 from colored National Guard units from the States of New York. Illinois, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Tennessee, the District of Columbia and from colored selective service men from South Carolina.
